Bioware is known for making outstanding role playing games. Series’ like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic are examples of games that made Bioware a household name.

Enter Jade Empire, one of Bioware’s RPGs that shows their focus: rich stories, unforgettable characters and vast worlds to discover. Released in 2005 for the original Xbox, the action RPG featured the Wuxia genre within a mythical setting inspired by Imperial China. Like most Bioware RPGs it was filled with companions that helped you and had their own personal goals, and the combat and story were filled with archetypes that made it welcoming to everyone.

11 years later, after a PC and Mac release, Aspyr Media has ported Jade Empire to iOS.  The independent developer based in Austin Texas is known for porting console and PC games to Apple platforms. Interested players can get the action RPG now on the App Store for $9.99.
