Psyonix, developers of Rocket League, have announced that February’s upcoming patch will mark the end of the first ranked season in a post on Steam. Players will receive in-game crown toppers for their vehicles based on their highest division ranking at the end of the season. Crowns will be colored to reflect Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze status.

Also included in this announcement is the addition of “uncommon items.” These will be unlocked randomly by completing matches, but unlike items in the past can only be earned for online matches. Individual’s drop rates will increase the more a person plays Rocket League, resetting each time an uncommon item is won.

February’s patch will be the first of 2016, and also marks the month Xbox One owners will have a version of Rocket League to call their own. Psyonix has promised more news this week and you can be sure it will be reported on here at VG Newswire.
